How long does it take to receive products?

Most metro orders will take 3-6 days, rural and regional deliveries take couple of days longer, however product time frames will differ depending on the type of product/s ordered. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you within 1 business day to confirm lead time.

Like other things in the home, some bathroom items come with a wait time, like shower screens, custom vanities and special finish tapware. Place your order as early as possible to avoid delaying the process and your tradespeople. We can stage deliveries to meet your builder or plumber’s requirements if requested.

How much does delivery cost?

Orders for taps, bathroom accessories, shower heads and other relatively light items are inexpensive to deliver. Heavy and bulkier items are more expensive but price is based on size.

For example a couple of sets of taps will cost around $14incGST to anywhere in Australia. A toilet may be roughly $70incGST or a standard shower screen may be around $120incGST to deliver within metro areas. There are discounts available on orders over $500 or $1000.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver orders to the ground floor only of Australian & New Zealand addresses.

A team member will be in touch within 1 business day of your transaction to confirm the details of your order and delivery timings. Full payment of goods is required before delivery.
